"One Year Umbrella Care"
This means from the date of delivery of your instruments, there will be no charges for A.P. Mynders & Associates professional services. This includes all office visits, follow-ups, 6 Month Maintenance Check-Outs and Complete Re-evaluation of your hearing and aids at the end of 12 months. All reprogramming during this period is No Charge. At the end of the umbrella care period, services are billed on the Fee for Services basis.
